Oven / Air fryer (best): Preheat to 350. Place empanadas on greased baking sheet for 8-12 minutes or until heated through.
Stovetop: add a drop of water with rice and beans on medium heat, stir occasionally until warmed.
Microwave: Heat in 1 minute intervals, stirring in between

How does ordering empanadas work?
We offer online ordering for scheduled, local pick up dates. Simply place your order during our ordering window, select your pickup date, and we'll have your empanadas freshly prepared, cooled and ready for pick up.
When can I place an order?
Ordering is open for select pickup dates through out each month. Once a pickup date reaches capacity, ordering for that date will close. Be sure to order early to reserve your favorites!
Where do I pick up my order?
Orders are picked up from our self-serve refrigerated pick up location in Lititz, Pa. Your order will be clearly labeled with your name and ready during the designated pick up window. Pick up instructions and the address will be included in your confirmation email.
Are your empanadas made fresh?
Yes! Every empanada is is handcrafted in a small batch using quality ingredients and prepared in licensed commercial kitchen. When ordering, they will be baked then cooled for pick up.
Do you accept walk- in purchases?
Our business operates on pre- orders only. Ordering during the designated window for the stated pickup date is the best way to get your empanadas!
What forms of payments do you accept?
All orders are pre paid securely via online check out. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Are the empanadas hot and ready to eat?
No. Our empanadas are fully cooked in a commercially inspected kitchen, rapidly cooled following food safety guidelines, and refrigerated to maintain freshness. This allows you to enjoy them whenever it's most convenient.
How do I reheat my empanadas?
For the best texture, reheat in a 350 degree oven or air fryer for 8-12 minutes - or until heated through. Microwave reheating is also an option, though the crust will become softer.
How long will my empanadas stay fresh?
For best quality, please enjoy or freeze your empanadas with in 3-4 days of pick up.
Can I place a large or catering order?
Absolutely! We'd love too help with family gatherings, business lunches, parties, and special events. Please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance so we can discuss your specific needs, pricing and availability. Email [email protected] for more info.
What if I can't pick up my order?
If you're unable to make your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can not guarantee accommodations, we'll do our best to work with you.
Why are the empanadas chilled instead of hot?
Our pickup model allows us o prepare every empanada fresh while giving you the flexibility to enjoy them at your convenience. Chilled packaging also makes them easy to transport, refrigerate, or freeze while maintaining quality and food safety.
